Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our notary services. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following terms apply to refunds and cancellations:
1. Payment and Services
Notary service fees are due at the time services are rendered or as agreed prior to the appointment.
Fees charged cover the time, travel, and availability required to perform notarial acts in compliance with Illinois law.
2. Refunds
Once a notarization has been completed, notarization fees are non‑refundable.
Prepaid but unused services may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 10–14 business days) following approval.
Certain government or filing fees collected on your behalf (if any) cannot be refunded once paid to the appropriate authority.
Tatiana Candelaria Services LLC holds sole decision of all refunds.
3. Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
If we must cancel your appointment due to scheduling issues or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees or an opportunity to reschedule.
4. No Guarantee of Legal Advice or Outcomes
As required under Illinois Notary Public law, we do not provide legal advice or interpret documents. This refund policy does not guarantee any specific outcome related to document acceptance, enforceability, or legal sufficiency.
5. Governing Law
This refund and cancellation policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes arising under it will be subject to the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
