Terms & Conditions

By using or scheduling services with Tatiana Candelaria Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services

Services are limited to notarizations, visitation supervision, and professional paralegal support.
Tatiana Candelaria is NOT an attorney and does not provide legal advice or interpret documents.
Notarizations are performed in accordance with Illinois law, including all state and local requirements.

Appointments & Availability

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Any requested changes or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Fees & Payment

All fees are due at the time of service or as agreed upon in advance.
Prepaid fees for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded at our discretion.
Fees for completed notarizations or services are non-refundable.
Any government or filing fees collected on your behalf cannot be refunded once submitted to the appropriate authority.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing valid identification and any necessary documents for notarization.
All documents must be complete and accurate before notarization.
Clients must review documents independently, as we do not provide legal guidance.

 

Confidentiality

All client information and documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with professional standards.
Visitation supervision services are not subject to attorney-client privilege.
Visitation supervisors are mandated reporters under Illinois law and may be required to report suspected abuse or neglect.

Disclaimers & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Tatiana Candelaria Services LLC cannot guarantee acceptance of notarized documents by third parties, courts, or agencies.
Services are provided “as is”, and liability for issues arising from document content, completeness, or acceptance is limited to the professional performance of the notarization itself.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
